Navy Stripes

I've been on the hunt for a simple black and white striped top for a while now. And on a recent trip to Nordstrom Rack I found one, but with a little twist. This top has an adorable ruffle along the bottom, but with navy and white strips...so close! But it's soo soft, so I couldn't leave it behind.

I'm not going to lie, navy and white together really remind me of a nautical look, but I kinda really like that look from time to time. I tried to tone down the nautical feel by not adding too much obvious aquatic details (like my anchor necklace).
